Junction 21 Chauffeurs Terms and conditions allow for minor itinerary adjustments free of charge. We will use our discretion to determine the nature of any adjustments. Charges for non-minor changes will be notified accordingly.
The first 10 minutes of waiting time is automatically included in our charges (30 minutes included for collections from Manchester International Airport, commonly known as Ringway, and all other UK Airports.) Thereafter we charge 50p a minute waiting time to be charged to your card after the completion of the journey.
Junction 21 is insured for passenger travel. This insurance includes Public Liability and does not constitute a Travel or Baggage insurance.
Junction 21 Chauffeurs do not accept responsibilities for the below
Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, accidents, and traffic congestion.
Any theft or damage to properties of the person who made the booking or any other person travelling within the booking, except where such theft or damage is caused by a direct action of Junction 21 Employees.
Any delays caused by strike action, past or future pandemics, acts of God or Force Majeure.
Junction 21 Chauffeurs & affiliates Junction 21 Executive Cars & J21 Airport Taxis reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees. In addition, our professional drivers may refuse to collect a passenger if they do not comply with any Government guidance procedures on preventative measures advised for keeping safe during a pandemic or an outbreak of a contagious disease. We may seek the help of the Police to remove any offenders from our vehicles and will not pay compensation or refund in such circumstances. Any soiling or damage to our vehicles will be charged in full at main dealer prices
Use of Vehicles
Junction 21 makes every effort to supply high quality Executive vehicles. However, should such vehicles not be available we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle. This hire shall be known as a sub-contract or sub-hire.
Junction 21 will endeavour to make your Airport Transfer, in our Chauffeur driven cars, as smooth as possible with up to date information from the Airport, using the latest flight tracking technology. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, luggage collection or Immigration issues. We allocate a reasonable amount of time in our scheduling for these issues but reserve the right to sub-contract any work we are unable to fulfil. In extreme circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil our obligations or sub-contract, a full refund of monies paid for that part of the journey will be given. We will contact you via mobile phone or email of any changes to your booking if issues out of our control arise.
Junction 21 Chauffeurs will accept any cancellation made if there is at least 24 hours’ notice. However, there will be a £15 administration fee per journey.
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full cost.
Cancellations are accepted by email only. Please check that we have replied to your email to ensure you know the booking has been cancelled.

Tolls are not included in the online quotes and should be paid to the driver, or, if you prefer, Junction 21 could charge the card used to make the booking.
Any amendments must be made by email to Junction 21 – [email protected] – Under no circumstances are amendments allowed to be made via a driver as this will affect your insurance cover.
Change of flight & arrival time – Booking can be changed so long as there is over 24 hours’ notice, subject to a £15 administration fee per journey.
Less than 24 hours’ notice – Booking will be charged in full and a new online booking & payment will be required.
