Junction 21 is insured for passenger travel. Most importantly, the insurance includes Public Liability. However, it does not constitute Travel or Baggage insurance.
Junction 21 Chauffeurs do not accept responsibilities for the below
Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, accidents, and traffic congestion.
Any theft or damage to properties of the person who made the booking. Likewise, any other person travelling within the booking, except where such theft or damage is caused by a direct action of Junction 21 Employees.
Any delays caused by strike action, past or future pandemics, acts of God or Force Majeure.
Terms and conditions for Junction 21 Chauffeurs include the use of affiliates. Moreover, these include, but are not limited to, Junction 21 Executive Cars and J21 Airport Taxis. Junction 21 reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees. In addition, our professional drivers may refuse to collect a passenger if they do not comply with any Government guidance procedures. These include preventative measures advised for keeping safe during a pandemic or an outbreak of a contagious disease. Chauffeurs may seek the help of the Police to remove any offenders from our vehicles. Most importantly, Junction 21 will not pay compensation or refund in such circumstances. Any soiling or damage to our vehicles will be charged in full at main dealer prices.
Junction 21 Terms & conditions for Use of Vehicles
Junction 21 makes every effort to supply high quality Executive vehicles. However, should such vehicles not be available, Junction 21 reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle. This hire shall be known as a sub-contract or sub-hire.
Junction 21 Terms & conditions for Airport Collections
Junction 21 will endeavour to make your Airport Transfer, in our Chauffeur driven cars, as smooth as possible. Moreover, all flights will be checked, using the latest flight tracking technology. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, luggage collection or Immigration issues. A reasonable amount of time is allowed in our scheduling for these issues. Most importantly, we reserve the right to sub-contract any work we are unable to fulfil. Likewise, in extreme circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil our obligations or sub-contract, a full refund of monies paid for that part of the journey will be given. We will contact you via mobile phone or email of any changes to your booking if issues out of our control arise.
The first 10 minutes of waiting time is automatically included in our charges. However, 30 minutes are included for collections from Manchester International Airport, commonly known as Ringway. Moreover, 30 minutes is also included at all other UK Airports. Thereafter, there is a charge of 50p a minute for waiting time. This can be charged to your card after the completion of the journey.
Junction 21 Chauffeurs Terms and conditions allow for minor itinerary adjustments free of charge. Most importantly, we will use our discretion to determine the nature of any adjustments. Charges for non-minor changes will be notified accordingly.
Junction 21 Terms & Conditions for Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted by email only. Most importantly, please check that we have replied to your email to ensure you know the booking has been cancelled.

Tolls are not included in the online quotes. Therefore, they should be paid to the driver on the day. However, if you prefer, Junction 21 could charge the card used to make the booking.
