Chauffeur Refund Policy - General bookings

Junction 21 will accept any cancellation made provided there is at least 48 hours’ notice. However, there will be a £19 administration fee per journey.

A return booking constitutes 2 journeys. Therefore, cancellation fee would be 2 x £19 = £38

Any cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at full cost.

Chauffeur refund policy – Day hire & Private Tours

Junction 21 will accept any cancellation made provided there is at least 7 Days’ notice. However, there will be an administration fee charged equivalent to 1-hour hire cost.

Any cancellation with less than 7 Days’ notice will be charged at full cost.

How to cancel

The cancellation must be made by email to [email protected] to which you will receive confirmation by us.

If you do not receive an email from Junction 21 confirming the cancellation of the Chauffeur service you booked, then we have not received it. Most importantly if this is the case than please call our office on 01706 660263

At busy times, if you can only access our automated telephone message, then please leave a message with your cancellation details.

No refund will be payable if a passenger does not show up for pre-paid Bookings or Manchester Airport Transfers

Amending a booking

All bookings can be amended so long as there is over 48 hours’ notice, subject to a £19 administration fee per booking

Less than 48 hours’ notice – Booking will be charged in full and a new online booking & payment will be required.
