Minor itinerary adjustments are free of charge. The company at its own discretion will determine the nature of any adjustments and alter the charges accordingly.
The first 1 hour of waiting time is automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 15 minute increments at the rate of £30 per hour.
junction 21 chauffeurs are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and doesn’t constitute a travel or baggage insurance.
We don’t accept responsibilities for;
a) Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, accidents and traffic congestion.
b) Any theft or damage to properties of the person who made the booking or any other person travelling within the booking, except where such theft or damage is caused by a direct action of J21 LTD employees.
c) Any delays caused by strike action, Acts of God or Force Majeure.
d) Disorderly Behaviour.
e) Junction 21 chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees. We may seek the help of the police to remove any offenders from our vehicles and will not pay compensation or refund in such circumstances. Any damage or soiling of our vehicles will be charged at main dealer prices.
Use of Vehicles
junction 21 chauffeurs make every effort to supply top quality vehicles. However, should such vehicles not be available, we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle – this hire shall be known as sub-contract or sub-hire.
junction 21 chauffeurs will endeavour to make your transfer as smooth as possible with up to date information from the airport via internet and sms text message services for arrival times. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, luggage collection or immigration issues. We allocate a reasonable time in our scheduling for these issues but reserve the right to sub-contract any work we are unable to fulfil. In extreme circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil our obligations or sub-contract, a full refund of monies paid for that particular part of the journey will be given. We will contact you via mobile telephone of any changes to your booking if issues out of our control arise.
a) Junction 21 chauffeurs will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hour’s notice, however there will be a £10 administration charge.
b) Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full cost.
c) Cancellations by E-Mail only.
Tolls are not included in the online quotes and should be paid to the driver or junction 21 chauffeurs directly.
Any amendments must be made by E-Mail to junction 21 chauffeurs. Under no circumstances are amendments allowed to be made via a driver as this will affect your insurance cover.
