Furthermore, all questions have been asked by travelling passengers or someone booking on their behalf.
Both the booker and the passenger will receive a confirmation at the time of booking.
For convenience, the passenger will also receive an email 20 minutes before collection time with full driver and vehicle details
Approx. 20 minutes before collection time you will receive an email with the following information.
Chauffeur details – Including Picture & contact details.
Vehicle Details – Including picture and Registration number.
For Airport collections, you will notified of the exact place your driver is stood in the arrival’s hall.
Once you have booked online, the office staff, at Junction 21 Chauffeurs, will check the details. Shortly after, we will send you a confirmation email.
The earlier the better. However, we recommend at least 24 hours before travel.
This allows both the office staff and the delegated Chauffeur plenty of time to plan the best route and allow extra time to clean the vehicle in between transfers.
